What to expect at Dreamforce 2025:
A first-timer (or 14th-timer) guide
Dreamforce, Salesforce’s most iconic event, is back in San Francisco this fall from October 14–16, 2025 at the Moscone Center. Whether it’s your first time attending or your fourteenth, Dreamforce always delivers something new and innovative with Agentforce and AI-powered partner solutions as its focus for 2025.
From breakout sessions and live demos to celebrity keynotes and the high-energy Dreamfest, this conference continues to be a can’t-miss moment for Salesforce admins, developers, ops teams, and customers of every kind.
If you’ve never been to Dreamforce before, here’s what you can expect and a few tips from our Accounting Seed team, who’ve been attending for over a decade.
Why Dreamforce still matters in 2025

Tips from our Dreamforce veterans
1. Register early and arrive early
Dreamforce draws over 45,000 attendees. Hotels in Salesforce’s discounted room blocks book up fast, especially being that registration has already opened. So do direct flights to SFO.
Bonus tip: Arrive a day early (October 13) to skip the long badge pickup lines and be ready to roll on day one.
2. Build your schedule before you land
Once Salesforce releases the agenda builder, take the time to plan. With 1,500+ sessions, you’ll want to be strategic. Prioritize live sessions that won’t be available on Salesforce+ later. Also take note of the various AppExchange Partners who are sponsoring Dreamforce this year and check out their respective websites. Partners (like Salesforce Ben and Coastal to name a couple) often have events happening that aren’t promoted on Dreamforce.com.

3. Get hands-on with AI
