August 31, 2021 – Accounting Seed, a top-rated accounting solution powered by Salesforce, announces the company has hired former SAP and Oracle Partner Lead, Barry Thompson, as their Partner Relationship Manager.

Education: Thompson attended Colorado Christian University (CCU), earning a bachelor of science degree in Organizational Management and a master’s degree from CCU and Oxford University (U.K.), as well as a doctorate in corporate education from Liberty University.

Professional Experience: Thompson held a number of partner roles and brings experience both as a partner and as a partner manager. Thompson started his career working in South Africa for IBM and Business Objects. In 1998, he returned to the U.S. and worked in the enterprise software industry for Unica, a marketing automation start-up now owned by IBM. Following that, he worked for an SAP Gold Partner and implemented a number of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) customers including the largest SAP partner deal to date. Thompson was recruited by Oracle to manage their two largest, global partners, IBM, and Accenture.

Personal: Located in Denver, Colorado, Thompson enjoys the Rocky Mountains, and loves to read and spend time with his wife and four children.
