We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Account Executive Team potential and crafting sales plans for this objective.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully driving the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our company’s customer base and ensure the team is focused on driving towards common goals.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, developing and performance monitoring and analyzation of Account Executives to include an active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 7 years minimum successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets to include Business Case Sales Experience.
- 3 years minimum inside sales experience to include indoor sales management experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively line managers, directors or C level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead capture to revenue recognition.
- Avid student of the discipline and art of sales.
- Consultative/solution selling approach to helping clients succeed.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- The ideal candidate will have 7 years experience in IT and SaaS selling
- Deep experience in running and enhancing a Salesforce.com environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
- Confidence, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with the Team.
- Flexibility, responsiveness, and professional agility to satisfy multiple, parallel opportunities
- The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, and ever-growing team environment.
- Task-focused, highly functional in a self-directed environment.
