Tony Zorc is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in designing, building and implementing business management solutions for mid-size and large enterprises. Tony graduated, with honors, from Hope College in Holland, Michigan with a BA in Accounting and has been serving as a consultant since 2003. Tony formally held management positions in accounting and finance both domestically and internationally at BDO Seidman, Amway Corporation and Herman Miller.

Chris Johnson is a Salesforce Certified Consultant and application developer with experience in multiple programming languages, application development platforms, and architectural paradigms. Chris has over 20 years of experience developing applications for companies in both the commercial and government spaces. Chris has a BS in computer Science from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
Caroline Beatson
CRM Practice Lead.
Caroline Beatson has over 20 years of experience in information technology consulting. Caroline has served as a system designer, project manager and developer for large enterprises in both the commercial and government spaces, focusing on the implementation of intelligent business process design and successful end-user adoption. Caroline has previously held management positions at IBM, RWD Technologies, Laureate Education and Avanade. Caroline has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Towson University.
